How it works

Your league, one pick each, highest score wins. The rest is detail.

01

Leagues

  • A league is your pool: you and your people, playing the same weekly board.
  • Start one and you're the commissioner: you get the invite link and code that bring everyone in.
  • Pick a format: Singles (everyone head-to-head) or Squads(team up in squads of 3; a squad's picks are added up and squads compete). Squads are invite-only — the captain adds you or sends you a squad invite; anyone can start one. The commissioner can change the name and format anytime.
  • Submit your pick anytime. It counts in your league's standings — and in a squads league, on the ladder once your squad is full.

You're in one league at a time. Free, and anyone can run one.

02

Make your pick

  • Pick one WR, RB, or TEfrom the week's board.
  • The board is the top 50 by projection, plus 6 Longshots.
  • The deeper the player is ranked, the bigger the multiplier: #1 = 1.00×, #50 = 1.65×, sliding scale in between. Longshots pay a flat 3×.

Take the chalk and play it safe, or go deep for the bigger multiplier. That's the strategy.

03

Lock

  • The board drops Wednesday at 4pm ET. Pick any time after that.
  • Change your pick as many times as you want.
  • Picks lock at the first Sunday kickoff. No swaps after that.

The board gets one final re-rank Friday evening ET, once the final injury reports are in. That is the last time it moves. It never changes on the weekend.

But your multiplier is locked when you pick. What does that mean for your strategy? Lock in a pick with a multiplier you think may fade as the week progresses (positive injury news you anticipated?), or wait it out to see if the player you want drops down (unfavorable game conditions you don't buy?).

So the pick isn't just who. It's who, and when. Snag your guy, or wait it out. Whatever you pick is locked.

04

Scoring

  • Each pick scores his actual fantasy points × your multiplier. (We score half-PPR: the standard fantasy formula — yards, touchdowns, and half a point per catch.)
  • Weekly: highest total in your league that Sunday wins the week (squads leagues: highest squad total).
  • Season:every week stacks, from the week you're in the league. Most points in your league at the end wins.

Every pick automatically counts toward both the weekly and season standings. If your player doesn't play after picks lock, he scores 0. Final scores post Wednesday at 4pm ET, when the next board drops.

FAQ

Can two people in my league pick the same player?
Yep. Squadmates too, and another squad can run your exact three. Everyone picks from the same board; there's no exclusivity. Who you pick and how deep you go is the whole game.
Why only WR / RB / TE?
Because QBs and kickers score too predictably. WR / RB / TE is where the week-to-week variance lives, and variance is the whole game.
My guy gets ruled out Saturday, can I switch?
Until the first Sunday kickoff, swap freely. After that, no. If he doesn't play, he's a 0.
Can I start a league mid-season?
Any week. Your league runs the rest of the season, starting with this week's board if it hasn't kicked off yet (next week's if it has). Friends who join later start the week they join. Weeks before you were in the league don't count toward its standings.
I forgot to pick.
That's a 0 for the week. You stay in the season race, so set a reminder for next time.
Can I pick the same player week after week?
As many times as you want. The strategy's in the multiplier, not the roster.
When does everyone's pick show?
Everyone's picks become visible immediately after the first Sunday kickoff, the same moment they lock. They're hidden before then so nobody can peek at the field and copy.
My guy played Sunday. Why no score yet?
Scores settle Sunday just after midnight ET, once every Sunday game is final. Until then your pick shows as in play.
I picked #50 and he dropped off the board Friday. Now what?
He stays yours. A player somebody has picked is never removed from the board, even if his projection falls out of the top 50 or his game moves off Sunday. Your multiplier is the one you locked at pick time, so nothing about the re-rank changes what you banked.
My guy moved up the board after I picked. Do I lose the bigger multiplier?
No. The number you locked is the number you are scored on, up or down. In Week 1, ten of eighteen picks moved on the board after they were locked in. Some gained, some lost.
What are the Longshots exactly?
Six hand-picked deep players each week, outside the weekly top 50: three at a flat 2× and three at a flat 3×. The deeper the player, the richer the multiplier, and every Longshot is priced to stay below the deepest board pick, so it is the swing that pays, never the safer bet. High risk, big ceiling. Pick one as your play.
★For the nerds: how the multiplier curve actually works▸
Where the multiplier comes from

Four NFL seasons, fifty-six weeks of real games. Every WR / RB / TE ranked by projection each week, then graded on one thing: did they post a top-60 half-PPR day, a line you'd have started in any real lineup? A hit. Even the consensus #1 only cashed 2 of every 3 weeks. That gap is the whole game.

Rank 50
24%1.65×

The multiplier follows that hit rate (rarer hit, bigger multiplier), then we compress it into a tight band, [1.00×, 1.65×]. On raw odds a #50 would pay ~2.8×to break even; we deliberately pay less so chalk stays the smart play and one lucky deep dart can't run the table. So deeper isn't a better bet. It's a bigger swing.

Steep through the favorites, flatter past rank 30. Go deeper than your read and you're buying variance, not value.
